Our company, System Dock, has carried out the installation of 21 hydraulic ramps for FCC (Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas) in the city of Cordoba with the following technical characteristics:
SYSTEM DOCK MOD. RHL 2025 BOX hydraulic ramp
Levelling platform for 6 tonnes of load with a width of 2,000 mm x 2,500 mm with a folding lip. The structure consists of hot laminated IPN beams and 6/8mm diamond plate that ensures homogeneity in merchandise loading and prevents deformation from frequent use. The structure is activated using a single effect hydraulic piston and an anti-fall system in the event of coupling breakage.
The lip is made from 13/15mm diamond plate and activated by a single effect hydraulic piston.
The pistons operate using a hydraulic pump that is activated by a 1.5 HP motor and electric valve. The pistons are linked to the control unit using couplings. The platform has an electric panel that allow an emergency stop when required.

MOVEABLE GAS ALUMINIUM LOADING BRIDGE
Aluminium bridge manufactured from extruded aluminium with a capacity for 5000 kg. GAS suspension system for 90% of the bridge weight. Movement thanks to a system of runners and rollers.
Aluminium lever for positioning. Mechanical safety.
The box free-standing platforms come pre-assembled with the ramp to facilitate assembly. The box model means that the ramp comes manufactured with a box that contains it, that is there is no recess made, unlike the normal ramps that are mounted in a recess.
