Safety system for lorry loading and unloading for Nivea Madrid
We also carried out the installation of a chock, as a safety system. A chock is a safety system for the warehouse personnel warning them of the presence of a lorry in the loading point.
In addition to the chock, traffic lights were installed visible for the driver. The driver places the chock at the wheel that, changing the exterior light to red and the interior to green, warning the loading personnel of its presence. The lights remain in this state while the chock is in place and the lorry is being loaded. When the loading personnel finish their work and close the door, the driver removes the chock and the exterior traffic light returns to green.
